We Guarantee Customer Satisfaction
Huebsch guarantees customer satisfaction. If Huebsch fails to meet customer’s service expectations, customer agrees to give written notice to Huebsch detailing its concerns. If Huebsch does not resolve the concerns to customer’s complete satisfaction within 30 days, customer may terminate the agreement without penalty and receive credit for the last four weeks of service; provided that customer remains obligated for the purchase of special order items as noted in agreement.
